Mrs. Joseph Milligan
Mrs. Joseph Milligan who died in Bismarck on Monday was the first white woman we believe who resided within the old boundaries of McLean County. Her husband and herself ran a ranch at Turtle Creek Crossing about the time of the Custer massacre. She is a sister of Mrs. Fred Merry who lives north of town.
